We aim to deliver and install products within the time agreed at the time of purchase. However, delays can happen due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, supply chain issues, or government regulations. Our installation team follows ISO-standard procedures and complies with safety regulations. The customer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe installation site.

6. Warranties and Returns

All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, the duration of which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and, for solar panels, verification of serial numbers. We only accept returns for defective products that meet the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy. Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs will not be covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Airmac Solar is not responsible for losses resulting from product misuse, negligence, or failure to follow installation guidelines. We are also not liable for damages caused by events outside our control such as natural disasters, power outages, or changes in government policies. Any compensation, if applicable, will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product or service in question.
